Claims Reporting is EASY!

Complete a Form 19 within 24 hours of injury (click here for our guide to reporting a claim) and fax to 704-752-4854.

Note: Under North Carolina law, employers must report an employee injury within five days of notification but we strenuously encourage employer to report an employee injury withn 24 hours. Prompt reporting of claims aids in quality management of medical recovery and minimizes claims losses thereby benefiting all of our insureds.
